Work Zilla User Agreement

Effective Date: 10/10/25
This User Agreement governs the use of Work Zilla’s platform by both clients and service providers. By registering or using Work Zilla, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Section A: For Clients (Users)

1. Payment Terms

  • You must pay the assigned worker within 24 hours of service completion.

  • If payment is not made within this period, Work Zilla and/or the worker may initiate legal action to recover the dues.

2. Proof of Service

  • Workers may provide proof of service (e.g., photos, client acknowledgment).

  • In case of disputes, you may be asked to verify or respond to such documentation

3. Misconduct by Workers

  • If a worker engages in irregular or unlawful activity (e.g., theft, damage, harassment), and you provide valid proof, Work Zilla will support you in initiating legal action against the worker.

4. Platform Role

  • Work Zilla is only responsible for connecting you with independent service providers.

  • Work Zilla is not liable for any damages, losses, or misconduct during or after service delivery.

Section B: For Service Providers (Labourers)

1. Proof of Service

  • You must maintain clear proof of service completion (e.g., photos, client signature, before/after documentation).

  • This proof is essential in case of non-payment or disputes.

2. Payment Enforcement

  • If a client fails to pay within 24 hours, and you have valid proof, Work Zilla will assist you in pursuing legal action.

3. Code of Conduct

  • You must not engage in any unlawful, unethical, or irregular activity during service (e.g., theft, damage, harassment).

  • If a client provides valid proof of misconduct, Work Zilla will support them in initiating legal action against you.

4. Platform Role

  • Work Zilla is not your employer. You operate as an independent service provider.

  • Work Zilla’s role is limited to connecting you with clients and facilitating communication.

📌 General Terms

  • Both parties agree to use Work Zilla in good faith and comply with local laws.

  • Disputes must be reported with valid documentation.

  • Work Zilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users or workers who violate these terms.
