📜 Work Zilla Terms & Conditions

By using Work Zilla, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability for both clients and service providers.

⚖️ Payment Obligations

  • Clients must pay the assigned worker within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in legal action initiated by Work Zilla or the worker to recover dues.

📸 Worker Responsibilities

  • Workers are required to maintain proof of service (e.g., photos, videos, client acknowledgment).

  • This documentation may be requested in case of disputes or non-payment.

🚨 Misconduct & Legal Action

  • If a worker engages in irregular, unethical, or criminal activity (e.g., theft, damage, harassment), and the client provides valid proof, Work Zilla will support the client in initiating legal action against the worker.

  • Similarly, if a client refuses to pay or acts fraudulently, and the worker provides valid proof, Work Zilla will support the worker in pursuing legal remedies.

🔗 Work Zilla’s Role

  • Work Zilla acts solely as a connector between clients and independent workers.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, behavior, or outcomes of services provided.

  • Work Zilla is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disputes arising from the service transaction.

🛠️ Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to submit evidence and communicate through Work Zilla’s support system.

  • Work Zilla may assist in mediation but does not act as a legal arbitrator.
